A specialist team, not a general agency
ApexVortex Solutions is a data team based at Iconic Trade Center, Karachi, led by Haziq Nadeem. Between us we cover the full path — orchestration and warehousing, statistical analysis and machine learning, and the AI automation layer on top.
We stay deliberately specialised. We do not also do logos, ads and websites; we do data infrastructure and the things built directly on it. That focus is why we can tell you honestly when a problem is not worth solving yet, instead of finding something to bill for.
The company is new, and we would rather say that plainly than invent case studies. What we offer instead is a free demo: bring your setup, get an honest read on what is worth fixing, and decide afterwards whether we are useful to you.

Answered before you ask
We're small. Is it too early for this?
Often, yes - and we will tell you. The free demo exists precisely so you do not pay to find out. If your data fits in one spreadsheet and one person reads it, you do not need pipelines yet. It becomes worth it once several tools disagree, or someone spends real hours every month assembling reports by hand.
Do we have to move to new tools?
No. We work with what you already use wherever possible. Migrations are expensive and disruptive, so we only recommend one when the current setup genuinely cannot carry where you are going - and we explain exactly why before anything changes.
How long does a first project take?
Most foundation builds run two to six weeks depending on how many sources are involved and how messy the data is. You see working pipelines well before the end - we ship in stages rather than disappearing for a month.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do, completely. Everything is delivered into your own repositories and cloud accounts, documented so another engineer can pick it up. There is no lock-in and no proprietary layer you have to keep paying us for.
Can you build AI agents without the data work first?
We can, but we rarely recommend it. An agent built on messy data produces confident wrong answers faster than a human would. If the foundation is weak, fixing it first makes the agent dramatically more useful - and cheaper to run.
How does pricing work?
Projects are quoted as a fixed scope after the demo, so there are no hourly surprises. Ongoing work is a monthly retainer you can cancel. You will always know the number before work starts.
Do you work with teams outside Pakistan?
Yes. The team is based in Karachi and works remotely with clients in other time zones. Most collaboration happens over calls and shared repositories, and we overlap with European and Gulf working hours comfortably.
